Church Services June 27th to Sept 5th every Sunday @ 11am in the Hecla Community Church— non denominational, upbeat, casual, lots of music, and something for children as well. Special Events—Aug 29th “Blessing of the Fleet” Fisherman's Service honouring fishers past & present. Light lunch after the service. - Sept 4th Sat @ 3pm Gull Harbour Marina—”Colors of Grace” Project & Jewelery Fashion Show with “Lady of Destiny” Jodi Faith—International Ambassador for Work with Widows—Haiti. All ladies welcome. - Sept 5th @11am Service with Robert & Jodi Faith—Country Gospel singer & speaker. - Sept 5th @ 2pm Outdoor concert with Jodi Faith—Country Gospel Artist—Bring a lawn chair, blanket and someone with you. Free will offering. Hecla Homecoming weekend - See the poster click here. Hecla Village Annual Tractor Parade: Sunday August 2rd. Create your own float and come join in the fun. Arts & Craft sale at the Community Hall starting at 10am. Parade starts at 1pm. Hot dogs, smokies, & pop available at the hall. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the day. Fisherman’s Service August 29th 11am Hecla Community Church “Blessing of the Fleet” ,following the service come and join us for a light lunch of fish chowder outdoors at the Solmundson Gesta Hus.
